个人简历

彭司华，工学博士，研究员，硕士生导师。先后毕业于东南大学，东北电力大学，浙江大学，分别获工学学士，硕士，博士学位。先后在浙江大学机械与能源工程学院，医学院病理学系任讲师，美国斯坦福大学（Stanford University）医学院外科系任访问副教授，美国韦恩州立大学 (Wayne State University)医学院分子医学与遗传学中心任Research Associate，上海海洋大学生命学院副研究员，上海东滩智联网研究院研究员，现为美国佐治亚大学(University of Georgia)公共卫生学院Research Staff，湖州师范学院信息科学院与工程学院兼职研究员，硕士生导师。先后任10余个SCI期刊审稿专家。从事生物信息学，深度学习，基因组学，宏基因组学，病原微生物学教学和研究工作。发表相关学术论文40余篇，SCI总引用1100余次，引用超过100次的论文3篇，H指数为17。

研究方向

AI在药物发现中的应用，AI在生物医学中的应用等。

本科生课程：人工智能, 自动控制原理，生物统计学。
